蘇穎欣，新加坡南洋理工大學文學博士，目前為國立交通大學文化研究國際中心博士後研究員。研究關懷為東南亞思想與文化，編有《重返馬來亞：政治與歷史思想》（與魏月萍合編，2017）。曾任職媒體，也是吉隆坡獨立空間「亞答屋84號圖書館」與知識團體「業餘者」發起人。
