Position Available: Full-Time Assistant at International Center for Cultural Studies (ICCS), National Chiao Tung University (finished)

1. Position: Project assistant
2. Job description:
    a. Responsibility: Promoting internationalization at ICCS.
    b. Job content: Execute international collaboration projects, accommodate international scholars, promote events, and other assigned tasks.
3. Application period: 12/1/2018-2/24/2019.
4. Appointment period: From 3/1/2019 (or after contract is approved).
5. Salary: In accordance with NCTU regulations for contract employees, with insurance benefits and annual bonus.
6. Qualifications:
    a. Education: Master’s degree or above. 
    b. Skills, certificates, and experience:
         i.    Near-native proficiency and excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese.
         ii.   Good communication and social skills, efficient, responsible.
         iii.  Word processing software skills.
         iv.  Experience in administration at the university level, studying abroad, and other work experience is preferred.
7. Work hours: In accordance with university rules.

    a. Resume and autobiography in both English and Chinese (include your highest education completed and a headshot taken within 6 months).
    b. Copies of your highest education diploma and/or proof of work experience.
    c. Copies of documents attesting to relevant skills, e.g., English proficiency test scores and certificates.
        (Qualified applicants will be interviewed. We don’t reply to all applicants and documents will not be returned.)
