ICCS–Parami Dialogue
Right to Education in Times of Statelessness and Military Conflict: Collective Responsibility Across Borders

The International Center for Cultural Studies (ICCS), National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, warmly invites you to join the ICCS–Parami Dialogue, an academic exchange with Parami University.

This dialogue brings together scholars, students, and practitioners to explore pressing issues surrounding the right to education amid statelessness and military conflict, while reflecting on our collective responsibility across borders. Through presentations and discussions, participants will share perspectives on statelessness, refugee studies, Myanmar studies in Taiwan, educational experiences under conflict, and human rights advocacy.

We welcome all students, faculty members, researchers, and members of the public who are interested in education, human rights, and cross-border collaboration to participate in this meaningful exchange.
