Transnational labor migration

Research projects
My research interests focus on transnational labor migration. How did the different labor recruitment policies, including broker system and state to state policy, influence the labor recruiting process, and the socially exclusion/ inclusion of migrant workers? Comparing the formation of different migratory models provides fruitful insight into future labor migration. Would also inquire into the problems resulted by labor recruiting policy in Taiwan, which include migrants’ children, undocumented migrant workers, and also domestic workers. At last, through the connection of academics and NGOs, introducing disturbances and making changes.
