楊尚儒助理教授為德國柏林洪堡大學哲學博士，曾任中央研究院人社中心政治思想專題中心博士後研究員，現為國立中山大學政治學研究所助理教授，楊老師的研究專長為政治哲學、政治思想史、概念史、德國近代憲政思想等，著有Konzeption des pouvoir constituant bei Sieyès und Schmitt: Der theoretische Ursprung der Verfassungsänderung in Taiwan。
