雲林虎尾人，跨領域藝術創作與研究者。創作歷程體現知識制域、意識形態、語言與身分認同之間的張力，關懷縈繞在島嶼經驗養成中的殖民與離散歷史，以及在權力、生存經歷、歷史交錯點上消亡的知識政治，並於美學、聲音研究、論述與知識生產的重疊貫穿之處加以脈絡化檢驗。作品曾於第14屆德國卡塞爾文件展、台北雙年展、澳洲液體聲音藝術節、美國紐約現代美術館等地發表。目前任教於美國紐約上州Bard Coll
