From organisational justice to platform justice: How can we conceptualize and measure justice in digital labor platforms

Lee's research interests lie in the analysis of labor conditions, industrial and labor system analysis, and issues related to diversity and inclusion within organizations. Through qualitative and quantitative research methods, he explores the institutional environment of the development of the digital labor platform industry, the labor conditions of digital labor platform workers, and gender issues among digital labor platform workers.
