UTAR, Malaysia Alliance

Using Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) as a Southeast Asian hub to establish a global network, the development plan is as follows:

1. Integrate resources from Taiwan's United Universities to offer courses (academic programs) at UTAR, attracting undergraduate students and lecturers from UTAR to pursue degrees.
2. Utilize dual-degree programs to form mutually beneficial alliances and create win-win situations.
3. Combine industrial strengths to develop offshore industry-specific programs and generate profits.
4. Use UTAR as a base for operating in the Southeast Asian region.
5. Expand this cooperation model to establish a global network.
