Malee Sunpuwan : Malee Sunpuwan has been involved in migration and health research for more than 10 years. She has a bachelor degree in nursing, master degree in population and social research and doctoral degree in demography.  She served as a professional nurse and worked with local and international NGOs where works involved in HIV/AIDS prevention and migrants’ health. Currently, she holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University. Her research interests include migration and health. The recent research includesa study on Thai public opinions toward Myanmar refugees and displaced persons, appropriate health system for migrants and the collaboration research project on International Marriage and Labour Migration in the Asia-Pacific Region.

CHAO Chung-Chi, assistant professor, Department of Southeast Asian Studies at National Chi Nan University. He acquired his PhD from the Department of Sociology at National Taiwan University. He used to work as writer for the Rhythm monthly, visiting fellow to Focus on the Global South, expatriated volunteer for refugee assistance in Thai-Myanmar Border, news translator. His research interests are nationalism and ethnic conflict, multiculturalism, refugees and humanitarian assistance.
